My new page of my life

 Currently, I am still studying. I consider myself new page of my life because I just started my first semester not too long ago. Not Diploma but Bachelor of Degree (Hons) . Hahaha! Didn't expect I can go till this far! Kinda pround of myself    : P

I guess a lot people wondering what I study. As I didn't put my information in my personal Facebook account. I am studying a course that is fun, tired, long hours and not in fix hours. Any idea???

Bachelor Degree (Hons) of Hospitality Management

Actually this course was not my first choice to study, I picked another but too bad I'm a child or good girl  need to listen mama papa. Lol... but while studying I wasn't regret anything. It is really fun. Well you study this course, in future does not mean you only can work in hotels and resorts. You can work in airlines, bank, PR firm, event management. You guys sure think ya meh?? My answer is YES! You have a wide choice and more different jobs opportunities. Let me explain to you.

Airlines
Airlines staff we call cabin crew or flight attendant. Their jobscope is similar to the hotels' firm. In hotel, associates serve the guest and give the best service to the guest. Provide the excellent service for them and before we face the guest we need to groom well. But of course, time is not flexible. Hospitality firms will not be having the off days accordingly, which mean public holiday we still need to work. Of course, we can replace our next off day. The good thing is when you work in public holidays, you will get your triple payment.

Bank
In our course, we also do study accounting and F&B beverage cost control. If you love to calculate, there is not a problem for you. As our course also did learn the calculation. Bare in mind, when you plan to work in any bank. Before joining their company, they will give you a test or exam, to test your calculation abilities and let you understand the company insurance and policy etc. Good thing work in bank is the salary is really good especially for fresh graduates and you work for 5 days until 5 pm.

Public Relation (PR) Firm
Hospitality firm, we need to meet various of people and to serve them the best service we can. Not just that, we also need to communicate with them. In other words, could say we are talkative. Haha! PR firm also the same you need to face a lot different clients but the service is different for hospitality firm. You don't need to serve the guest with their owns personal needs. PR firm you need to provide a project that the clients requested and you need satisfied them by verbal communication.

Event Management
Event is a major task. You may need to set up for the client sometimes, we need to squeeze our juice from the brain to think out a lot of ideas to create a memorable, fantastic and creative event for the company. Hospitality course we also do study one of the subject that is Event Management.

So don't worry, you won't stuck in hotels and resorts. You can work a lot of different firms. Hope all do help yall. XOXO ya!
