Eat The Simple Way To Get Slim & Healthy

Bello Bello peoplesss! You don't need to eat less to get slim nor starve yourself. Here some of the food that can help you to slim down and healthy!


Oats
Oats contain high fiber and also help to boost up our energy, most importantly low calories. A portion of oats for everyday of your breakfast would be good enough. If you feel blend while eating the oats try to add some fruits. I recommend 1 kiwi and blueberries with oats will be tasted really good.



Almonds
Do you know almonds do not contribute stomach fat regardless of their high calories count. If you eat few of the almonds slowly you will feel your stomach is getting full. I recommend cut into slices and put into your beverage (eg: hot chocolate, coffee, cereals and cookies)


Lemon
Lemon can help to detox inside our body unwanted waste. Not only that, it could also help to boost up our skin texture to become brighter and softer.


Japanese Green Tea
Japanese green tea is the most famous beverage in the world. It has strong detoxification and also help to reduce dark circles especially for those often face toward their laptops or computers. I recommend per day can consume maximum 2 glasses of green tea after your heavy meal.

  3. Hello Ann Tan, glad your mum loves it. You can add on some honey into your lemon's drink. Honey is natural sweet so do not need to worry any high calories or carbs.
